Have you gone to travel in Guangzhou? Recently, I visited a Guangzhou hotel,
called Golden Hotel. I was shocked to see the terrible environment and the rude
service in the Golden Hotel.

I would like to start by the impolite service. When I put my heavy luggage into
the bus・s rack, the service members did not help me. They were smoking and
chatting happily. All visitors were irritated with these service members・
action. They had the responsibility to help their customers.

My next complaint concerned the Hotel・s environment was extremely dirty. As I
went into the hotel, I smelled rubbish. Inside the hotel, it was all litter. It
was full of rubbish and there were some cockroaches on the table and floor. If
you were there, you would be very annoyed of the unhygienic environment. In
addition, the service was so rude that you might not believe. Waiters were
smoking and talking loudly near the customers. I was upset because they did not
care the customers・ feeling.

Another complaint was my horrendous room. I could not believe my eyes that my
room was full of rubbish. The service members did not clear it. It was as
terrible as a ghost house. It was dark because the light had a problem. The
mirror was broken. Some rubbish was on my bed. Then, where could I sleep? The
worst thing was that the room had a mouse hole and a mouse ran cross to me. Did
they know what was clean? I wanted to live in a hotel but not a ghost house.

Finally, I wanted to complain the bus. I was happy that I could return to Hong
Kong on the fourth day. Nevertheless, I saw many disgusting things inside the
bus. The window was broke that it was very dangerous. Moreover, it was full of
rubbish. Service members did not clear it and they were smoking. The toilet,
which was in the bus, was out of order and so dirty. I did not understand why
no one complained that.

I expect a written apology from the Golden Hotel and the Golden Hotel・s boss
has to improve the hygiene and the impolite service. The services members
should not smoke and be more polite to the customers. The environment,
especially customers・ room, ought to clear every day. If I do not see any
improvements by one month, I will have no choice but to contact the relevant
authorities.
